A: ezcarrot allows you to offer cash rewards to your customers.

Q: Is ezcarrot free?

A: ezcarrot is totally free to sign up and there are no monthly fees. You only pay when you decide to reward a customer for uploading a screenshot that promotes your business. You get to decide how much you want to reward a customer for and you are never obligated to reward a customer.

Q: How do I sign up my business?

A: Click Register Business at the top and then once you login click “Business” and “Add New Business” to get started.

Q: What is the ezcarrot mobile app for?

A: The ezcarrot mobile app is for your customers to upload screenshots of their social media posts, online reviews, text messages, emails, etc. that promote your business. Your customers can search for your business and upload screenshots to your business from the ezcarrot mobile app. Businesses need not download the ezcarrot mobile and instead should access their business account through www.ezcarrot.com by clicking login. Everything a business needs to review screenshots and reward customers is available though your business account on the website.

Q: How do I pay?

A: ezcarrot allows you to connect a credit or debit card to your account. When you decide to reward a customer for uploading a screenshot that promotes your business your credit or debit card will be charged that amount. Please note that ezcarrot charges a transaction fee of 35% every time you reward a customer for a screenshot. For example, if you decide to reward a customer $1.00 for a screenshot your credit or debit card will be charged $1.35 with $1.00 going to the customer and $0.35 going to ezcarrot.

Q: How do my customers get paid?

A: When you pay a customer for a screenshot that amount immediately shows up on their “Rewards” screen on the app. Once they have earned at least $20.00 in rewards from your business and/or other participating businesses they may click the “REDEEM” button and ezcarrot will mail them a check for their account balance.

Q: What should I do after I sign up my business?

A: You should tell your customers that they can be rewarded by downloading the ezcarrot mobile app and uploading screenshots of their social media posts, online reviews, text messages, emails, etc. that promote your business. You can also email support@ezcarrot.com and ask for free stickers, business cards, and electronic resources that let your customers know that you are using the ezcarrot mobile app and what to do if they are not already on ezcarrot (while supplies last). Also feel free to post on social media to let your customers know that you are on ezcarrot. Finally, check your account after receiving an email notification or periodically to review screenshots and reward your customers directly for promoting your business.
